The graves and lots in  t he Cemete r y shal l b e used for no other purpose than as a burial place.  b. No transfer of any lot is valid unless consent in writing by both parties is obtained and a new  deed is issued. The Association wil l  request a donation.  c. Re - sale of lots must be carried out  t hrough  t he Association. A new deed wil l  be issued. The  Associat ion will request a donation.  d. Annual plantings may only be placed  15  inches adjacent to monuments.  e. No new planting of shrubs. trees or bushes is allowed. If any existing shrubs. trees or bushes  on any lot shall ,  by means of roots. branches. height etc. impede or be determent to adjacent  lots or avenues or become unsigh t ly the Association sha l l have th e right to remove all or part of  the aforementioned. The  L ot Owner wil l  be notifie d  in writing (if possible) of the pending  action 15 days prior to commencement of the work .  This work will be done at the expense of  the Lot Owner.  f. In order to keep a dig nified well - groomed Cemetery, adornments must be removed by February 5  and Nov. 1st. Any remaining after  t hese dates will be removed and discarded.  g. Lot Owners should remove al l  debris when trimming plantings, shrubs, trees or bushes.  h. I f perpetual care was not part of the origina l  agreement at the time of lot purchase. it is required  that perpetual care is paid in  full  before any new burials or placement of monuments.  i. During maintenance. repairs or excavations the Association reserves the right to tempora rily  use lot(s) to receive equipment, etc. necessary to perform the needed work .  j. All work completed at the Cemetery sha ll  be done under the supervision of a Board Member.  k. All Lot Owners must request and obtain written approva l  from the President of the Board and  Chairperson of the Grounds Comm i ttee before installing monuments or cornerstones.  l. T he Association reserves the right to remove or reset fallen monuments and to repair those in dangerous and/or unsafe condition.  The Lot Owner will be notified in writing (if possible) of  t he pending action 15 days prior to  t he commencement of work .  The work will be done at the  expense of the Lot Owner.  m. All - terrain vehicles, snowmobi l es and  m otor bikes are prohibited in the Cemet ery.  n. The Association may revise these rules and regulations as necessary.  Ru l es and Regulations for Internments  a. Multiple depth intermen t s and above ground burials are not permitted.  b. Crematio n s (ashes) are limited to two in one gravesite. In accordance with the law. all  cremation burials must be recorded and supervised by a Board Member.   c. Verbal permission is required from the Lot Owner o r legal representative, prior to a gravesite  being opened.  d. Lot Owners are required to prepay al l  charges of the Association prior to interment .  e. Funeral Regulations: 48 - hour notice for arranging interments. Funeral procession must arrive  at Cemetery by  3.00 p.m. There wi ll  be a n  extra charge for Saturday. Sunday and Holiday  funerals.  A late fee of $75/half hour will be charged if procession occurs after 3pm. f. All memorials, markers and upright monuments must be approved by the Association.  g. Guidelines and requirements can be obtained by contacting a Board Member .  h. All foundations for memorials, markers and upright monuments must be approved by the  Association and be in accordance with established guidelines and requirements. All  foundations will be installed by a monumen t  company with a Board member present. i. Vaults are required for traditional burials  j.    Cremations must be placed in a hard container for burial k.   All grave openings must be performed by the contracted company of UCA.
